Mushroom question

How do you attach a mushroom to a rock? Can I super glue it? It is loose, floating on the sand.

 

yeah you could, if you do use gel and make sure its non toxic (can't remember the type) you could also put it in a tupperware with some rubble or crushed coral with a net over top to allow water in but to keep the mushroom in and allow it to attach to a rock on its own then place it from there, thats probably a safer route

 

I always just rubberbanded it a small peice of rock and gave it a week or 2 and it attached.

 

yeah that works too haha I forgot about that one, my friend uses the tupperware method when fragging multiple mushrooms

 

You can youtube mushroom fragging and see what options are out there for you. Some people just allow them to float around, but I wouldn't do this. The previous two posters pretty much gave you the best options.

Agree with the rubberband or alternatively fishing line. Mushrooms tend to slime up though and superglue doesn't stick to them well.
