I have a spare 10g im thinking of making into a frag tank and putting it plumbed into my new set up butttttt........not enough head room above the sump...you ask how I plan to put it in when there's not enough room?simple im going to drill the side to accommodate a bulkhead and cut the tank in half so its shorter :).I've worked with stained glass cutting and drilling it so im fairly co"fident I can pull this off;)

This sounds like an interesting project. I'm still researching, but would like to put a small tank together, too. Keep us posted here and let us know how its going. May do a build thread with pics.

Ill post pics when I finally figure out the details im hoping to keep it very shallow.I plan to run 1 of my 2 drains into that then have that drain into my sump.I know its not ideal but if it doesn't work I have afew openings on my manifold off my pump I could use. Its gonna hafta be just big enough to accommodate the bulkhead in the side.kinda risky cutting so close to the edge but im feeling luckey lol just gotta go slow and tons of water.I've never gone this close to an edge at all let alone on such thin glass
