Bristle worms are awesome to have in the tank lol. Great CuC in themselves.

I have quite a few changes going on with the tank lately. One is that with all the inverts in my tank I am noticing some that have been hiding this whole time coming out in plain site, or I am just noticing them for the first time. For instance.. this worm duo I found today in my star polyps. I am excited about these polyps because they are already spreading from the frag to the base rock in just a couple months!

Anyway, I guess I should post the pictures of my bristle and peanut worms feeding around my polyps. It was interesting to find both of the worms out in the light feeding in the same area. BTW to be honest I'm not totally sure it is a peanut worm but I am fairly certain.

Sorry the first few are a little fuzzy... darn... Must have been before I set it for macro focus. :(

My gorgonian coral was fully open and I thought I might be able to get a good shot of it so I tried and here they are.

Thanks! I was excited to get a photosynthetic gorgonian. Now as long as my new polyps I am getting will do as well as the ones I have... I will be doing great.

I picked up a Joker Yuma, two kinds of zoas, and a mushroom all due in on Tuesday. Finally getting some new frags in the tank so perhaps over the next year it will fill out a bit. I am also thinking of fraging some of my starpolyps I have and putting them a couple places around my tank instead of just one area.

I think if I get any more corals I will get a sps... probably a birdsnest and just let everything grow out from there.

With no fish or plans for fish for a long time it gives me more room for frags in my tiny 10g.

If you added a small fish, the waste products it produces may actually help your corals.

I had some. They came with a nasty parasite. A very aggressive ich. I then learned it could live months without a host so now were in the "wait for the parasites to die" phase. I wouldn't mind a goby but I want to make sure the tank is safe first. Before anyone tells me my water should be perfect and they can fight it off... Mine couldn't and my water is always in great shape. My nitrates are always almost nothing being just barely measurable. nitrites and ammonia always 0. Fun times....
