I usually do a 20% WC weekly. My tank loves frequent WCs, my coraline usually takes off when I do the weekly WCs

Frequent is good. Too frequent is bad. Most people do a 10 or 20% WC, weekly. Some do less, a few do more.

The main problem is a water change that is large, & done too often. A large water change can shock livestock.

So...I have been testing my water twice a day for about 3 days now and all things are good..

    Ammonia 0
    Nitrite-0
    Nitrates-1ppm

I am wanting to know if it is safe to say that their will be no, or little cycle and could maybe get a shrimp and another fish....My clowns are doing great, eating, and doing fine..I have alot of people telling me that the tank might have a cycle but very little..and it wont hurt anything in the tank...And some people are saying that its okay and just give it another day or so and i could start possibly...whats your guys opinion?

personally, I would wait a few more days. But I tend to be extremely slow/careful when adding fish/coral to my tank. No need to rush anything IMO

Yeah, i understand that...I am just wondering like...when nomrally does a cycle take place? because some people are telling me that there wont be a cycle since everything is still at zero and its on its 5th day almost.
