My 150 gallon build w/pics

I built the stand and canopy and had my buddy help me wire up my retro-fit lighting. I have 3 x 250w metal halide 14,000k and 2 Actinic White 72" 160 VHO for a total of 1070 watts....Super pumped to get this thing rolling....Also I painted the back of my 150 black with about 6-7 cans of flat black spray paint!! here are the pics so far let me know what you think

P.S. I still have to face my stand I will have pics of that up as soon as I get that done hopefully this weekend

Looks like a good start. What you planning for filtration ? I also have a 150 so welcome to the club!!

 

right now I have a 90 that I has been up for about a year...I have a percision marine bullet-2 skimmer...in a 29 gallon sump....I have a 55 gallon I am going to use as a sump/refugium.....

I can see that you want your tank plugged in SO BAD.. I am with ya i wanna see it filled with water... but take your time so you dont end up with a realy wet house....

O i know trust me I have had this tank in my garage for about 2 months now....just wanna move all my stuff over and be settled!!
