This brings back memories from starting mine. I just took my 65 down last week. I like the looks of them but the 24 inch depth got old for maintaining things. Nice build.

Glad you were able to figure out the plumbing. I am so jealous when people say - oh, yeah I just put this together with some spare wood laying around :)

I'll inquire again, what are your plans for the tank?

I am not really sure. I want to have as many corals as I can(both SPS and LPS). I am going to start off with some easy ones first, with this being my first saltwater build an all it makes sense. I love the way zoas conform to the rocks and spread like crazy it idea settings. Throw in a couple of hammers and maybe anemone and a few smaller fish and I'll have the makings of a beginning reef tank. I am also looking into a couple of chalices because I have a lot of overhangs they could thrive in.

looks like a great start. That rock scape makes me nervous though. I think you might find coral placement a little difficult as well. Also, you might want to look at skimmer silencers that fit over the air hose. I put one on my ASM g2 and it made it alot quieter.

Updated aquascape. I have been looking at possibly changing the scape. It it very solid. I know it looks like it isn't but I only have to epoxy two pieces to make it hurricane proof lol;)
