he's cute, my girlfriend wants a puffer really bad and can't understand why i can't put one in my reef. that would be a great project to try making your own live rock with, you could smash up the pieces you didnt like and throw em in as substrate

haha puffers are awesome, just get here a 30 gallon tank, get a green spotted puffer, and have it go through the whole fresh, brackish, and salt then she can have one in her own tank :D

lol yup that's why he's lived in solitary confinement for the majority of his life. But now that i'm working on getting his tank to FOWLR i'm going to try a purple psedochroms*sp* as a tank mate and see how that goes.

RO/DI water is amazing, i've been using it in his tank now for two weeks, and has pretty much cleared up all the algae in his tank :D it was getting really bad as i was using tap. Now it's basically algae free, lol right now his tank is looking better than the 46 because of all the GHA it has right now

Don't want to get your hopes down but I really don't think it will survive with that mean puffer. how about an eel and some damsels(maybe a canary deepwater damsel since you like expensive fish).

yea i just want to see how it would do, i have a feeling though he's going to take a good chunck out of the fish like he did in the past, but i at least want to try, something, i like the purple pseduochroms for the coloring.

An eel would be kind of neat, is there any that would fit in a 20T? Also how would the eel do the puffer because he sleeps in the sand and i don't want the eel to snatch him up while asleep. I'll look into the canary, lol yes i like expensive fish, but don't know if i should get expensive fish to live with my puffer because they could end up as an expensive dinner :D
