wow poor guy, soo glad you rescued him, looks like you lucked out with a really good tempered angel. he stands out soooo much i love the blue coloring too. lol funny how he ended up leaving the coral alone, i do similiar with my evil chromis when he attacks my flasher wrasse, i make a fist to him and darts away, i dont even have to touch the glass

Awesome tank! I'm jealous. I wish I had the space for a tank your size.

I have my Galaxia coral in exactly the same position in my tank! Its the only place it can't do much harm to the others.

Does your dollar buy the same in America? That's rediculous and your right next to the Barrier Reef! I don't think that's right. Is there a reason it's so expensive for fish? Wow is all I can say...

Well, from what I see it's all about location. I live by the Caribbean so fish from this area will be cheaper than in Australia. Like a Grey angel is $410 there it's a whole lot cheaper here. The purple tang is $275 there and comes from the Red Sea. The shipping must be more expensive to Australia. With that said, your LFS is off the charts on an Achilles Tang for $550!!! Holy smoke! No way do I buy one of those for more than $150. The list goes on and on I mean $13 for a hermit or a snail when I just bought 10 of each yesterday and it came to about $17.
Question: Do you have another store in the area?
One thing you do have in your favor is the corals are reasonably priced since it comes from your area. I saw corals selling for $60 that would cost hundreds of dollars here. You may want to buy online because even with the freight you might save a lot of money especially on inverts. Good luck mate.8)

Hey Vegasfish, good to hear from you. Yeah I'm a big tang fan. They are getting bigger every month. My purple and hippo have doubled in size.
