I wanted to show off my new tank. ;D

So, I've been reef keeping for about a year. I started a 29 gallon tank in my office last year and learned tons. I've been toying around with moving my reef tank home and a few weeks ago I was checking out tank with my wife and daughters. The very next day, a friend of mine asked if I wanted his 22 since he was moving. I felt really bad but it was a no brainer for me.

So I setup the tank and decided that I can really only do one reef tank at a time due to cost and effort. So the new tank wins and I decided to move all my stuff from the 29 to their new home. I'm going to keep the 29 a FOWLR. I've also fraged some of my corals to trade in for some fish for that project.

Here's some shots of the new 22 gallon tank.

Yeah, thats my elegance. I'm afraid I don't have room for an anenome. Does anyone know if it's ok for a clown to host an elegance? My sexy shrimp like it.

Probably not a good idea. It's a beautiful coral, personally I would not chance it. It would probably do ok for a month or so, but decline after that.

I think a (or pair of) firefish would look great! Nice tank to!

I had a purple firefish. When the owner gave me the tank I had to take along it's inhabitants, which included a Purple Coral Banded Shrimp. Being a n00b, I thought it was nice and peaceful, it only took him a day catch and eat my firefish. The other inhabitant was a yellow watchman goby, which my yellowtail combtooth blenny is destroying. So here's my action to take for tonight.
Set my trap for the blenny (only took 15 seconds to catch him last time, hope it works again). The blenny will go back into the 29.
Then, the three big rocks on the left of the tank is where the PCBS likes to hang under upside down. I'll get his ass and bring him to the LFS, hopefully get enough credit for partial payment on another Purple Firefish.
I have about 16 heads of darth maul paly's and a bunch of sympodium to bring to the LFS as well, so I hope he takes care of me with some nice fish. I also have some darth mauls for a member here too, leighton, for hooking me up with a good deal on his light.
