I just got them in yesterday. I have a tube in there for them to hide in. I just want to get them fat real quick. Today I will try mysis or brine or better yet reef plankton. I am willing to do small water changes everyday to get them healthy.

NO, not for biological its cause they sleep in the sand. they hide in it. put some a few inches deep in a bowl.

"Burrowing into the sand is their favorite sleeping arrangement. Some say you can set your watch by their bedtime! In the morning, they poke their head out to make sure the coast is clear and then they will fully emerge. When first emerging, they will be a little on the loopy side until they get their bearing, up to 10 minutes later. Throughout the day they are constantly foraging for food on live rock with their canine teeth."

YUP. take a bowl and put a few inches of sand in it. and put that in your QT for them. that is how those types of wrasses sleep and hide. their teeth are so tiny you wont see them. but SERIOUSLY about the sand.

Very cool fish wrasses. I think it's time for an FTS!
