    Canopy Frame

Well while i was doing some house cleaning i found a bunch of coins and when the total came up I said its time to build the frame for my canopy. If you have any suggestions or inputs I truly appreciate it. I haven't gotten bad advice thus far. Oh yea, I built it with 2x2 pieces of wood.

Don't know how I missed this thread. Your tank looks great! I really like your rockwork. I don't know anything about building a canopy, but it looks like you're off to a great start!

You must be referring to my 125 that I have running now. I will be transferring most of the fish from that tank into the 225 I am building now. During that time it will be my QT tank once I remove all the rock and corals. That way it will be easier to catch the fish in there. I do appreciate the compliment and I got you invite on Facebook too.

Well I went and got my retro 400W kit today. It was originally for 200 dollars but dude didnt have any bulbs so I only offered half and he accepted. I have a friend who has a used bulb so I will test them out as soon as possible. These ballast give a new meaning to old school.

I also went to the HD and got the rest of the wood for the canopy. I have to take some of it back because instead of 1x4 wood planks I need 1x5 to fit everything. Something told me to measure twice.
