    Thanks. I don't plan on having a chiller. My house ac is set at 78 and my present tank never goes above 78. Then again there are 150W MHs on them compared to the 400Ws imma have on this tank.

    ur gona need fans, id say one big one and a couple on ur sump. evaporative cooling is your best friend

    u may need more. I have 3 250s and with out the fan my tank would hit 90 degree's. after i added my fan it stay's at 78 day and night. the only bad thing about evaporative cooling is you'll burn off alot of water and have alot of salt creep to stay on top of. stand is amazing !

    How high are your lights from the water? Mine will be about 12-15 inches above.

    mine are a foot off the water, I have a deep tank as well. i could be wrong but I really think u may have a heating issue, as sw acts as an insulator so itll hold heat for a good while.
    I would really like to come see this in person one day
