Beautiful fish. I can't wait until my emperor changes. I'm thankful my big sohal actually gets along with everyone of my fish because he's beautiful.

Those pics are actually all my old fish when it was a FO,,i traded them in for corals to start a reef ..
I had both a koran and emp, along with a french ..All great fish and i will some day set up a FO again..
I just knew the angels would mow through a lot of the corals .
    Current stock is :
    yellow tang
    naso tang
    juvi orange shoulder tang
    niger trigger
    3 female lyretail anthias
    mappa puffer(in QT)

Yeah I know they're from your old FO set up. I have a super juvi Koran and was wondering what the mid stage of growth looked like. And also if they co exist with an Emperor. My Emperor give my Koran a bit of a hard time, but the Koran was just added a few weeks ago.

Chris, general rule with angels is don't mix same species together, eg, pomacanthus and holocanthus can work.

Yeah ,that is the general rule ,but its doable if all are added around juvi stage ,in a good sized tank .7 footers are probably the shortest i'd go,a 6 footer might be tight..Obviously the longer the better ..Mine had their moments but for the most part got along for a couple years .
Chris IME korans are the slowest changers, the one pictured is a sub adult about 2.5 years old,, ,emps grow very fast usually reaching full adult colors in a year and french's grow somewhat fast.
