    Hi and welcome to 3reef!
I would increase your depth of live sand to 4 inches or so. I would also add another 20 lbs. of live rock. Both aid in filtration , but add to the ambiance of your tank, plus live rock has so much to offer as far as living things in and on it. It seems like you see something new all the time. The more the better as far as live rock is concerned, in my oppinion! Then start focusing on growing corraline algae!
Don't forget to test water perameters frequently!!!!! good luck and enjoy

You need to stabilize your temp. Large swings in water temp are very stressful on fish. The oceans they live in have very constant water temps and any changes occur slowly. I would shoot for 78-80F. Also your chevron tang will out grow that tank in no time. You also might consider getting a more powerful power head.
