    More pics!

I've got some pics of new rock in my tank and the new aquascape...

I got a picture of one of my peppermint shrimp in there too, but it's blurry. I'll get a better one soon.
[note, is it normal that I put 2 in the tank 4 days ago and I've never seen them both out at once? maybe I'm only seeing the same one over and over and the other hasn't come out of hiding yet?]

Also, the second picture is the lime green algae I'm developing. It doesn't scrape off, and this picture doesn't do the brightness of the green justice. I'm thinking it's the beginning of coralline algae.

Man I used to live in Chapel Hill for 10 years (go Heels!)...Nice work on the tank. Curious, what's the LFS around there?

the lfs is either triangle tropical fish (who have been hasty and a bit rude with me) or salty waters near south point (Salty Waters Store | Coming Soon...), who always sit me down and talk with me as long as i need, and have even helped walk me through setting up my tank via e-mail

Haha...yeah...it doesn't get ruder than a fish store I go to in Queens, but hey, I guess that's part of going to a fish store in Queens, right? I miss NC...glad that there's a fish store around there that deals in marine stuff. I'm sure I'll stop in the Salty Waters store next time I'm visiting family down there. Of course they'll have some coral that I will want so bad it hurts, and it'll be 5 times cheaper than it would be here, but that's how life works...maybe they can over-night it to me! :D

I also had the lime green that would not come off and was told it was coralline. It has since changed to more purple.

    Quick update time!

One peppermint shrimp decided to molt out in the open, when a nessarious snail got him... I plan on replacing him with a fire blood shrimp.

I added a clown fairy wrasse and a red firefish to the tank! The wrasse came down with REALLY bad ich, and was on the verge of death... an emergency freshwater dip saved the day. He's doing great now.

I haven't seen the firefish in 4 days. I have no idea what happened to him... he's not anywhere in the tank, and not anywhere on the floor. :(

I added some frags too! orange/yellow zoa, green zoa, green clove polyps, and a torch! All are doing great.

But, I won't tease anymore... here are the pics!

Updated pics! I've added some pulsing xenia, a blastomussa wellsi, a scooter blenny (benny the blenny), some blue spotted mushrooms, and a new peppermint shrimp (pierre).
