My 40g (No coral yet, maybe after the lights)

    Waiting for the paint to dry on the canopy and yes the tang has plenty of room as liverock where i live is |STUPID expenssive...ugh.. $9.99/lbs... one day i might have enough to consider stacking it :p

    New addition went into the tank today! I got some yellow polyps and 5 assorted snails for a little extra algae control... i will start posting pics of the canopy build as i was so rudely interupted building it... (i had to drywall my friends basement :( .. beer was free though :D) .. so i only have it painted.. i am putting bamboo on it like the bottom and stainless steel lining on the inside to help get more light to the tank... any thoughts on coral selection for a beginner or on the canopy after i get pics up would be great!

    Ok, camera is down.. that's why no pics :( Anyways... after the big crash everything is a little different.

    Anyways, g/f is bringing a camera over tomorrow to take pics.. i am just acclimating a six-line and a couple more conches atm... yes, i took everyones advice and got myself a six-line! :D He looks awesome... hope he does ok with the flasher wrasse...

    Pics tomorrow hopefully.. still waiting on the moulding for the tank as i ordered it with the stuff i'm using in my newly renovated basement.

    Wow. It's amazing to see what you've done in the last 3 months. Impressive. I especially like the design of the stand and hood. I'd like to build something nice like that for a new 30 reef I've got. Thanks for the pics.
