Said hello here last month but never posted my tank. I was actually just setting it up then. I finally finished putting in inverts and then fish. They have been in for about 2 weeks now. Everyone is happy.

My only issue is the little white fish that dutifully cleans my sand bed has been missing a few spots that are now becoming algae beds arghh. Not sure what I can get to clean the sand.

Reading more about sailfin tangs...I fear my tank will be too small for him after a few more months. It was an impulse buy that I was told would be fine for my tank at the store.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Welcome to 3reef.

The Tiger Tail Cucumber should be able to do a fairly good job of keeping the sand bed stirred.

I would look at ReefCleaners.org for some snails like Narcissius.

    The tank looks great.

Thanks a lot. Im looking to add some mushrooms and more zoos. They seem to do well even with my limited LED lighting.

yeah, a custom quick crew from reef cleaners will help a ton. And yes, sadly, that sail fin should go sooner than later, it will prob just cause an ich outbreak. Maybe a bristle tooth tang would be ok, but thats even questionable;)

Check out reef safe wrasses, they are awesome, but make sure ya have a top.
