I am running chemipure elite and purigen. I think the clowns died from Brooks...they had a h a heavy slimy/filmy coat. I am not sure what happened to my Coral Beauty. One of the firefish disappeared after I rotated the tank 45* which involved some rock moving, and doing a 25% water change....he could just be hiding but i doubt it. The only other change is I went from 2 - Koralia 4s to 2 - Koralia Evo 1400s.

Atleast the clean up crew is well fed.

    Water Parameters:
    SG: 1.022
    Temp: 77.8*
    Nitrite: .25
    Nitrate: 5.0
    Ammonia: 0
    PH: 8.0

My tanks seems to sad without fish. I am waiting about another 6 weeks for the ich to die out then I will be starting to restock. Definitely will be QT'ing this time around.

Does this seem like good growth? I am just curious if I should change anything with the lighting. Right now it is 2x150w HQI 14k radiums and 2x39w T5HO actinics.

Looks good so far. So did you buy a fish with ich and it killed all the others in the tank?

You mentioned quarrantine, how do you do that without setting up another full blown tank?

They look like eagle eye zoas. Love the frogspawn, just got myself some today.

    Tank is coming along nicely.

I like the setup. Just throwing this out there your heater looked like a Marineland Stealth Pro, just an FYI they went on a voluntary recall on Feb. 11, 2011, for "quality" issues. I ended up finding a PetSmart email online printing it out and taking mine back to PetSmart for a full refund store-credit wise, I didn't even buy it at PetSmart, :p Just letting you know nice set-up though haha

You can just throw an extra sponge somewhere in the filtration system in the display tank, and keep an extra ~10-20gal tank dry somewhere. When you need a q-tank, just fill it up and mix water and then throw the extra sponge into a power filter (AquaClear works well) on the q-tank. This way you don't need to maintain an extra tank :)
