So like to make sure about a 15g tank for a sump/refugium. I built a mock 15g tank 24x12x12 out of cardboard and it fits just fine. tomorrow I will buy a tank.

Did you forget the cardboard baffles? :) Oh, toilet paper rolls make good mock-up plumbing. :p

I think Marty got the joke, after posting that of what I did with the cardboard box I realized how silly it was so I was actually laughing at myself :D

Will I do believe all that's left for me to do is get a longer drain hose and get the light for the Cheato hung in there and we will be back in business for my sump/refugium

Arriving today, my AQUATEK ChillMaster Aquarium Cooling Fan (4 fan). It will be plugged in to the same timer that my MH light is plugged in to, so when the light goes on from the timer the fans will go on also. I am hoping the fans blowing on the light will keep my tank from going above 80.

Hmm!! I should have gotten the 6 fans instead, but it's all good, the 4 fans more than covers the area of the MH light and will blow right on it, should help keep it cooler. Those 4 little fans makes a lot of wind though :D The fans will go on the exact same time and off as the MH light.

The fans worked great, the temp actually went down .5 degree even when the MH lights went on.
