    Jeff,

I think it's leaking from the overflow. The pipe (1"?) is going straight through the bulkhead, right? I think it's leaking down the side of the drain pipe (inside the box) down through the bulkhead. You have the same issue I do right now. I need to find a threaded female end that screws on the bulkhead and then reduce it from 1 1/4 down to 1" (I don't think you need to reduce, that's specific to my case).

I guess it was PVC pipe :/ and yes it is 1'' pipe, but everything fits pretty snug.

That pesky water finds a way lol. I was contemplating doing what you did until I asked a plumber if it would leak. His response (in a "duh" tone), "yes it will leak".

It goes a good inch in to the bulkhead, I know the last elbow leaked closest to the bulk head, but was also leaking somewhere hire up.

Oh, so it doesn't go all the through into the inner portion of the box? Mine can have a 1" pipe slide all the way through.

nope! just right to that lip in there, its really basic and simple set up, but you think trying to stop water from leaking was like trying to save the world.

Did you have the PVC pipe pushed into the bulkhead without any glue?

I did use Teflon tape for the section that goes in to the bulkhead so it can be removed when I need to clean the overflow. The rest of the fitting got the tape and silicon.

I think I will take it all apart, clean everything! and try again with tape and silicon, but wait a day before I let water in. I kind of wasn't very patient and perhaps I didn't let it dry good enough.
If I glue the whole thing together it could prove difficult to maneuver behind that tank and set in place, It may be what I need to do though.
