After adding suppoert to my stand and whhoooaaaa!! What a job it was with my caveman tools. All I managed to do is give myself more work, because now all that old dirty stain has to come off. I really like the color of the Oak without stain, once I get it all sanded I will decide if to restain or not.

To late to turn back now, I wanted to get it outside, but it's been raining and snowing all day. So I gave it a little test in the house, hahaha!! With my caveman tools it's really going to take some time. Hopefully I'll see some sun tomorrow and I can spend a good portion of the day on it.

The stand is almost finished, a few hours and i can have it finished. I realized today though that the 72 is about 8 inches taller than the 40b, so that's going to make my drain line and the return line for the sump to short. I'm going to have to re-due that, I been wanting to replace the rubber hose on the drain side, lots of salt creep, need to use PVC piping.

That is a thing of fine quality and rare beauty. Choose wisely for the stain. :)
