One mean little purple pseudochromis is now enjoying the single life in the sock compartment of my sump. It took me a few patient hours with a fish trap, but then it finally swam in and I dropped the gate!

I added a Halichoeres Binotopsis to my tank yesterday. It was eating food 10 mins after I put it in. I'll post a pic if I can because this fish never stops moving.

Congrats on the success with the mod. I have the same problem you did, but cant muster the courage to undertake the effort.

    Beautiful tank!

    Tank Update, Tanks Love Updates!

Finalized some of the aquascape with epoxy, added a Yellow Eye Kole Tang, added a Halichoeres Binotopsis (I think, please clarify ID), let the Purple Dotty back into general population, fragged my red Acans, and moved the power heads down a bit. Cyano on a sand has been present ever since I removed the sock, so for now I'm hoping the bacteria, DSB, and chaeto will eventually catch up to keep the nitrates down. Enjoy.

Here's a few good ones of the new wrasse, you can barely see it's twin spots. One is on the tail and the other is on the dorsal fin.
