I have two... It comes with one - which i guess would be called the recirculating pump.

The pump i needed is theone that supplies the skimmer with water...

What level is the water supposed to be at?>

Got the stand "completed" this weekend

I was away for the weekend on Friday and Saturday so i only had yesterday to work on everything...

I took my measurements and two pieces of 4x8 1/2" ply over to my father in laws---and his sweet table saw. Made all my cuts and sanded everything down (except the door that you see in the pic)...which is why it looks alittle different.

...not sure what im going to do with the door yet

Anyway i went home and attached all the ply to my 2x4 stand.

It is "complete" now. haha... I still have alot of trim that i am going to do around basically everything and then i am probably going to go with a semi gloss black. Also that door is just a temp to keep my 13 month old son out of the sump. Haven't decided if im going to do one door or two yet.

I have to say i am pretty impressed with how the finished shell turned out for someone with very little "furniture" woodworking experience.

Total cost so far for the stand and canopy is probably about $120.00. give or take 15 bucks

...Now i can get the 125 out of my basement tonight and put the room back together hence making my wife happy ;D

The extra 6 inches in depth gives you alot more flexibility and room to work with your rock work w/o leaning anything on the glass
