I'd start with a good skimmer and a phosphate reactor..

How long has your tank been set up? I see that you are experiencing quite a bad cyno outbreak. What other equipment do you have? Lighting, skimmer, powerheads etc. I would second a phosphate reactor, I run one and I have nearly no algae issues.

why a phosphate reactor? I am kinda new to SW have had a SW for many years but never knew how to keep it right.

this tank has only been up for about 1week but the 30 I had for 4 or 5 years. yes I had very high nirates and I am over coming that.

Hello, you are off and running! You want some feed back, I'll give you what I think. I like a lot or rock. If the intent is have a substantial amount of coral to duplicate a reef, you need a substantial amount of rock. The rock, for me, is the main biological filter. Now, I like the islands look though and you could add to them or build 2 larger ones or something. I am getting excited just thinking of possibilities! What a great hobby! I would say, whatever you come up with, get it done now. I am not a proponent of tearing things apart after the tank is fully seasoned and stable. I don't move coral (unless it is absolutely warranted) and I do not rearrange the aqua scape. The addition of a Phosphate reactor is a good suggestion as Phosphate will get into the tank. I use one. Keep us up to date with pics.

Tank is still way to new to be adding much at all really I'd not add any animals for a month or two Te Phos reactor and some ferric oxide media will lower the po4 and the NO3 are high because the system is still cycling . Get a reading on your ca Dkh and Magnesium and ammonia and nitrites ad Phosphates .. Then you will know what way to head and what not to add .. Also how are you fixed for skimmer ? It looks like the rocks are aged ? and they will spur a cycle and the skimmer has plenty to do in the tank now.

right now my skimmers (2) are not really suited for a 75 thats why they are both running. one is in the sump, the other is a HOB prism, both pull about an inch a day. I just tested to and amon=0 nitrite=0 phosphate=0 nirate=20ppm ph was alittle low but correcting that now also.

Did you tank go through a cycle?

As to other suggestions, I think you have started off well. You have a sump, some rock, power heads etc. But, as you have said that you never knew how to keep a SW tank right, we can give you some advice. First, I would slow down in adding livestock. Having two clown and a tang in a week old tank is asking for trouble. Take time to test parameters and allow the tank to stabilize.
Next, as Whippy and Unclejed said, you could use more live rock. Your fish will like it more and you will have plenty of places to place corals. I would suggest about 100lb for a reef tank, but you should want to fill up about a 1/3 of the tank volume with rock.
The best advice to give you is to slow down and take your time. Your tank will thank you down the road.
