What are you going to do when Nemo or Marlon turn female? Nice setup and everything is looking outstanding.

    New pics...

it's been a long time since i have posted any updates of my tank so i thought i'd share since i have been updating and changing the tank a lot recently.

for christmas this year i got some new lights...i went with the T5HO 6 bulb AquaticLife fixture. i was using compact florescent lights before and was only able to keep softies so hopefully soon i will be able to move into LPS and SPS corals.

next thing i did was added about 50 more pounds of rock to the because my previous aquascape wasn't very conducive to additional coral being added. u can tell what was recently added by how bright the new rock still is in the pictures.

next on the list was painting the back glass black. got tired of having to deal with the blue background picture whenever it would get any kind of moisture between the picture and the glass. painted backs are certainly the way to go!

next up will be a new refuge/sump setup. i currently run a 10 gal refuge that is separate from my 10 gal sump. i will be switching to a 30 gal long setup soon...if the weather ever cooperates so my brother can come help me that is.

i'm having trouble posting more than 1 pic at a time... so just 1 for now...ill try to figure this out later.

this is the new sump/refuge design, check out pg. 1 of this thread to see the current setup. this sump will have drains into both the skimmer and the refuge sections, each will have the flow controlled by ball valve. [IMG].

here are some other pics taken today too.
