    No the return DO NOT go back to the overflow. The water go to your overflow box, then it will go down to your sump. You will need separate pipe for the return. For my setup, I drilled on each end of the tank to install my return pipe. If you need to see how I did it, you can check out my 120g build.

    Here are my pic of my water pipe. The 1 1/2 pipe are the overflow ( the big one) and the smaller pipe are going to my 2 return. I drilled 2 hole to install my return. Hope it help.

    Well I took some time and re did the whole setup properly. Finally pumped water in over the weekend. Guy at Lfs ia telling me to use some fritz 9 stuff. Should I try that? If so do I then skimmer off as the container says? I will post some pics later today if I can get some better ones.
