    Looks good! Where did you get the lexan from? My lhs only has very thin acrylic.

    I bought my Lexan on ebay. The sheets of Acrylic I recently bought were from Tapp Plastics. They have pretty good prices and come in both 2'x2' and 2'x4' sheets. I bought two 1/4" 2'x4' sheets recently, and will use 3/16" for the internal baffles.

    Shipping is very reasonably priced too. Buying 2 sheets was the same shipping as buying one sheet.
