My beef with Liveaquaria

You don't take the styro box out, you cut the 4 little pieces of tape that keep the lid on. Remove the lid. Remove the bag.

The black out bag is to reduce the stress of the fish... that's a good thing.

The biodegradable peanuts actually keep bags in place and cushioned. I hate them, but again... they are better for the fish. It also helps to keep the box insulated. Did you think to call them up and ask if there was a different packing item besides peanuts. Try it, but they really are a good packing material for the fish.

Their "email when in stock system"... again, that's for our benefit. You need to be faster getting to the item if they are gone before you get there. That is such an AWESOME option that no one else offers. They don't want to list them as stocked all the time, if they are indeed not. But if one comes in, they want to notify people. It's better to have to check back every day?

Your not suppose to try to remove the clip... cut the bag!!!!!! Instead of an industrial you'd rather a weak one. They can leak... been there done that.

Everything you are complaining about is for our benefit or the fish. This thread should be titled "Thank you LA for taking such good care of me and my fish!"

No I didn't. To me it sounds like "I really like Live Aquaria, but these are the things I have a beef with". Was that not what is was. Or was he being sarcastic, and they actually don't have a beef with the items they mentioned.

 

I was merely being sarcastic. I love their customer service and everything they do, especially their packaging.
