Would the following be a good plan for my biocube 14?(not set up yet)
am I on the right track or am I going about this wrong? Please advise.
    Is my CUC acceptable?

    2 Ocellaris Clownfish, Tank Bred
    1 Watchman Goby
    maybe a firefish or two

    5 Banded Trochus Snail
    4 Cerith Snails,
    8 Nassarius Snails.

    1 Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp
    1 Peppermint Shrimp

    Mushroom corals to start with

of course adding slowly over time

I upgraded the light to nanocustoms 3.24 and I added the maxi jet 900.
I removed all BIO Balls and am going to run purigen and chemi pure.
I will also run a korolia nano Powerhead.

I plan on adding Premium aquatics Manado 12 lb and 10 - 15 lbs live sand.

    Welcome to 3reef.

Sounds like you have done your home work. I think a pair of clown would be fine and maybe a smaller goby or one fire fish but three fish is just about all that tank can handle, unless you have a remote sump.

Congratulations on the new tank. :)

I would probably cut the numbers in half.

Four Nassarius...... If you feel like that is not sufficent numbers in a couple months you can always get more. For a newer 14 gallon there probably will not be enough food initially, once you get through the first algae blooms.

One thing that i still regret is not adding rose bubble tip or any other anemone before adding any corals, but if u r planning to add anemone, adding in the beginnig would be a perfect timing.

dont even think of getting an anemone until your tank is over a year old, also i think 2 clowns will be about max in a tank like that

    Nahh..sorry dude..

I had a VERY nice 14g biocube..I had loads of LPS and softies in it..It was one of my favorite tanks by far..You can have ALOT of fun with them.

All i did was a 3g water change weekly and had a biocube skimmer and carbon and LR rubble in the 2nd chamber. Tank was sweet.
