I'm still a little concerned about the blue jaw. I have not seen him since last night and he is definately not under the brain anymore. The brain was really fat this morning.

Usually I see his little head pop out during feeding time but not today! I am still hoping that he just moved to the back of the tank somewhere. I have looked all around the tank and he is not there either

I did find a fish in my koralia mag 8...but it was pretty unidentifable. Chopped up pretty well..however his face looks more like my yellow wrasse then the jawfish. Of course after by the time I got home the lights were off and all fish are tucked in for bed! So will have to do a head count tomorrow. Bad, bad day in my tank, missing jawfish, possible yellow wrasse and attacking hydno!

How did your fish get into the Koralia? If the fish got thru the front of it then I would think that the fish was not healty. I once had a Blenny get sucked into a maxi jet. A healthy Blenny would have swam away. I only have Koralia 1's. Does the Mag 8 have a larger opening? I know my Koralia came with the piece that I don't use but snaps in to the front of it to prevent anything from going inside. Hope you fish is good. If I had a deep sand bed I would get that fish also. I only have 1/2 inch of sand

The bluespot is missing...I think it was lunch for the brain! I am so bummed..but I should have moved the coral when he made a home for it..I knew in the back of my mind I guess.

The fish in the pump was my springer dottyback (another expensive fish....grrrr) The Koralia 8 is a massive pump with big openings so I guess he got to close. While I am sad about the dottyback I am not as mad as the jaw. The dottyback was one of my first fish and had it since I entered the hobby about 1.5 years, but as it grew up it became MEAN and I was trying to figure out a way to remove this fish...though I hate how I had to remove it

    Thanks everyone for their concerns..K+
