This is my green brain coral. It is a replacement to the one I lost because it had damage on its skeleton. This one seems to be doing great. I feed it once a day with some oyster feed. Anyone know how big these could get.

If you have room for the coral to grow and it's staying fed, barring accidents, I don't know that there is an upper limit to colonial growth. Individual polyps no doubt have a maximum size but the entire colony shouldn't ever stop growing.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I would move it to the sand bed, to avoid tissue injury from the rock work.

They get fairly large as in several inches across.

mine is atleast 10 inches. It is located on the sandbed makes things simple and fills in any empty spaces on the sandbed

I'm nervous to move it to the bed because I have a sand shifting starfish and I'm afraid he will mess with it. Should I be concerned?

A sand sifter should leave it alone.

IME it's too high in the tank for the lighting, usually does very well in the sand regardless of the CUC. ( I am assuming you have a common or better lighting for a reef tank).
