What kind of salt are you using? (I'm guessing Instant Ocean because 380 would be a common Ca level for it). It's a little low. You'll probably want to bump up your Ca depending on your salinity and alkalinity level.

do you dose anything for ALK? usually if you raise alk the ca will drop. what hard corals are in the BC? the stock lighting it comes with really isnt suited for sps, some lps may be kept if really high up.

Using good quality salt designed for reef aquariums with higher Ca will definitely help keep your Ca levels where you want. I use Tropic Marin Salt.

Red sea coral salt is ok, do not use it with tap water though....must be used with RO or RODI.

Red sea coral pro is better, same thing must be used with RO or RODI. Higher calcium too. I would highly recommend this salt. Good thing with this salt is that when you mix it, ph stabilizes within 2 hours. I still let it stir throughout a day though.

With Coral Sea Pro, if you add 38.2 grams into 5 gallons, it will give you 1.025 specific gravity and 480ppm calcium.
