My Carpet looks like crap help!!!!

Petco doesn't know what a metal halide bulb is if it jumped up and bit them in the rastafarian nannies(Jamaican slang-Cool Runnings...heheehe). The anemone would have quickly weakened and eventually die within days with the subpar lighting scheme etc. that they presumably had the anemone in!
They should, in the future, refrain from purchasing these more delicate animals and leave them to locales that are better able to care for these beautiful and amazing animals.
If they did a special order type deal, that would be fine as the anemone would not have to go through an agonizing and slow death, the longer the animal remained in the less than adequate captive environment we often depict at Petco!
This does, in fact, happen elsewhere as well unfortunately!

 

What about trying a carpet scrubber??? LOL.... I know what you mean, some things are just too hard to pass up... Hope everything works out....

 

CR, you have the amazing ability to make really long posts with almost perfect grammer and spelling. Karma........ My petco is great, fish department guy has a 75gal reef and is a member of reefcentral. Because those petcos dont have the desire to hire experienced employees, the fish and you guys kinda have to suffer........he even put a request for T5's on the tanks so they could keep some soft corals.......

My LFS took the carpet in trade for a 4" cool green BTA. The BTA is a better fit for my tank, and my clown has a new home.
