    I have noticed when ever i clean my tank my clown fish bites me.. i don't know why does anyone have the answer i have just one clown fish..

    what are the tank mates? and has your clown ever had any aggressive tank mates?

    What size tank also?

    I have a Yellow Tang and a 6 line wrasse and a gobey but he is 3 inches and never comes out i have a 29 gallon bio cube

    how long have you had the clown? My two used to bite me but they eventually stopped. i guess they finally accepted me. i still have to watch my dejardini tang though. he will swipe me with his tail if i'm not watching.

    sometimes they just have mean personalities... they are damselfish after all.
    but it could also be because it feels cramped in the biocube

    Mine go trow phases,sometimes they bit for 2-3mounths and then stop. They are called clown fish for a reason.

    haha, mine used to do the same thing.. Only the female though, she was mean mean mean.. She also only bit the web of my fingers right were it hurts the most.
