This bad, beside an outbreak of some Dino junk and attacking some Corals, something looked to have cacooned and laid eggs or something on them, the Coral even looks mummyfied. AWFUL!!

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I would definitely go with eggs, but what I have no clue. Best guess is snail, your limpets or nudibranchs.

Do you have any Blue Damsels?

No Damsels Corailline! is it normal for snails to cacoon animals like that to lay eggs on? I have heard people see them on rock and glass, but on a living animal? I think I should try to remove them, if it is those limpets they surely have to go, you already know about the issues I feel I been having with them on my SPS

Looks like Protopalythoas, covered with algae or cyano,

with Bubbles from the algae, or other gas producing substance.

I've had stuff look like that when I had a cyano problem, and I have 1 piece of rubble now with a few bubbles on it.
yup, just checked, 1 piece of rubble with my Millapora frag, has about 2-3 small bubbles on it.

When I had more many many months ago, I would brush it off with a toothbrush, and after I made my DIY PhosGuard reactor, it went away with the cyano going away.

However, if these are in fact eggs, then nevermind my post ;-)
