I'll post up some other pictures when I rescale them - may take me a while to get pictures that do them justice though! Finding it quite hard to get full tank shots, but there are a few individuals I'm working on.

To start off, a couple of you maaay remember back when I first joined here I was asking about torch corals - I wanted to get a really nice one but my LFS got a few in that I didn't particularly love. I decided I'd wait until the right one came along, and when I saw this one I snapped it right up then and there! It has four heads and is a really nice size when it's fully expanded.

It's been in my tank for a few days on the substrate acclimating to my halides. I'm moving it a little further up the rocks tomorrow, I think.

So here you go, tell me what you think! The picture still makes my tank look quite yellow - I'll have to play with photoshop a bit to get true colours for my next pics!

That looks big. 4 heads, that must be nice.
I have to wonder though, how high up do you plan on putting it? I ask because torch corals don't like a lot of light and you already have halides. I'd say leave it to the bottom of the tank.

I think I'm planning on moving it as far as that crevice you can see in the picture, directly above the torch coral (not the small cave touching the substrate). Thanks for the advice, it's a really nice coral and I'd hate to lose it! Very glad I waited and didn't buy on impulse.

Thankyou for your comments guys :)
