report the 2 transactions as fraud to the Credit Card. They will put a hold on them and investigate, likely issue you a new card with a different #. but do it NOW , the longer you wait they can claim it's not their problem.
Call the 24 hour customer service # on the back of the card.
    hope it all works out.

I found a $300.00 charge to Subway on my CC statement for last month. I ended up calling the bank yesterday and they cleared the charges and are sending me a new CC.

Seriously though, how am I supposed to eat $300.00 worth of sandwiches in one day.

How do you know that someone used your card? Did the charge card co tell you? If you got an email saying that and telling you to click "here" then I would be highly suspicious of it. I would contact the bank immediately to find out what happened. Dont click on any links until you are 110% you know that they are legit.

Man that sucks! your CC will take care of it though. you might want to go paperless statements (no mail) and make sure your computer has good protection if you pay online your cc bills too..

I had someone use my CC #s before. You def want to report it right away because if they ordered everything online there is a good chance they can run the address and name and everything used on that order. Someone used mine to order text books online and they caught him pretty fast after it was reported.
