My Credit Card was hacked

    I would use mint.com if I were you. Been using it for around 3 years now and I always know where my money is.

    Also, I would recommend getting your computer scanned and looked at by a computer person ASAP. MY bet is that you have some sort of trojan running on your computer set to plugin to your browser and look for you to put your credit card number in.

    I'd also use firefox if you don't already.

    never heard of mint.com ill have to check it out

    and as far as trojans go, my computer has been running slow and acting wierdish lately, guess its possible and would make since because i dont know how somone could have gotten a hold of my credit card number

    just got off the phone with the bank, i had to send them a fax stating that i didnt authorize the charge. So im done on my part, they said it will take 5-7 busness days to get my new credit card. They have my account on a "cycle" and im suppsoed to make a payment next week but dont have to because of waiting for the new credit card

    This happend to me once right befor christmas and again just this past month with 2 diff cards.both called me to ask if it was me making these purchases on line..had to get new cards both times...just plain sux..that people do this stuff...as said before have ur pc checked.turned out I had a regisry error which prob led to the numbers getting out there..

    They got mine three times now. Last one they bought train tickets in India. Thankfully not only does my bank really do good with those, I also have CC fraud protection. I learned after the first round.

    at least you got a call, i didnt get any notice from my bank, when i talked to the lady today she thought it was me becauxe i had been using paypal and my credit card for a lot of online orders, i said yea i have been making a lot of online orders, but this was deffiently not me, then they were like oh ok.

    yea ill probably have my dad scan my laptop for viruses, he knows how to do that kind of stuff
