My damsels don't like the new clown.

If you only had one damsel, you might not be having this problem. It's quite possible that with 2, you now have a mated pair and they will probably not tolerate new additions. Try rearranging your rock a bit so that the fish have to reestablish their territory. It might give the clown an opportunity to settle in before they notice him again.

My Domino and my clown are good buddies. So much so, that when either my wife or I go up to the tank to have a look, the damsel kind of herds the clown away from the front of the tank. It's pretty funny to watch!
