    thinking about getting a nano cube

    Dr. Foster's and Smith has some good deals on stands+tanks.

    are they really worth it?

    IMO...i wouldn't do one of the combo tank deals..

    this is because you can't have everything exactly how you want it..with a bare tank you can put in whatever filtration/lighting/etc you want..or your wallet will allow anyway..

    They are great if you like an easy to set up, sleek, all in one look. the only downsides to them I see are: lighting can be limited in some ways, skimmers can be limited, space for additional add-ons can be limited.

    They sure do look amazing when they're well set-up though.
