    Ugg..
I totally botched it, I measured the glass 5 times before I went down to lowes and had it cut. But apparently 1/18th of an inch off = a crappy fit and i had to put my glass in at a little bit of an angle...... (/slap old man that cut my glass!)

I also had issues with getting the silicon. I was unable to find the stuff that everyone has been using at our Lowes.. So I ended up having to go with the "DAP" that is in little tubes "specially made for aquariums" which later I translated to 'Hard to get out of the tube, laugh at white man while he cuts self on glass' ......

    Anywho...
I'm totally ashamed of the end-result that I'm not even going to share a picture. But I am, going to use it. Passed water tests and ... yea, it's not something to look at..

I think I am gonna keep myself to wood working and Unix Administration... Atleast I'm more tooled to work with that stuff *wink*

One thing I was happy about,
    20ft of 1/2 diam clear tube-hose was only 22cents a foot...

Now to order some new sand and a fist full of chaeto.

Hey man, that's not bad at all. So it's not "All-Glass" pretty, but who cares? It it works and your DT is pretty, that is what's matters anyway. I just bought a 10G to make into a fuge as well. I'm trying to come up with a design that will work with my Bak-Pak2. Any update on how your fuge has been working out?

It's a fuge, not your display tank. :) After a while you won't notice. At least it's watertight!

No one will ever see it unless you show them, don't worry about it. The caulk on mine looks horrible, but oh well.

    Looks good man.
