    i don't think jumpers ever stop jumping. they are jumpy by nature. i had a diamond goby chill in an open top tank for five months and then jump. if they get stressed or started, jumpers will probably always jump. i'd go with the egg crate. i just made one and it actually doesnt look too bad

    Even with 192w, that's still less than 4w per gallon. If you had a 250W MH over it, that would be borderline ok for the anemone. For a FOWLR tank, CF is ok, but if you are going for any type of reef, CF doesn't really cut it. They just don't provide the strong lumens and PAR values that photosynthetic animals need to survive.
    I don't want to beat a dead horse on that subject. A good way to keep fish in the tank without altering the light is to use eggcrate. But I still believe in finding out the reason why he wants to jump out though.
