My Elegance coral has a bubble on it!! I don't know what it is i have some good close pictures of.

Is there a way to get this bubble away and to restore the Elegance to its normal state? and does the Elegance do better in the sand or on rock?

Elegance should be placed in the sand in an upright position. If the bubble is part on the coral I would let it be and hope it goes away.

Should i move it from the top of the tank into the sand ?? and the bubble is part of the coral itself.

Yes, it should be fine in your tank.

Yeah, you should. Elegances don't do bright lights. They also go horizontal, not vertical like most corals.

    From wetwebmedia:

"1) Placed in horizontal orientation, point down, mouths and tentacles facing upward,

NOT in vertical settings as they are often arranged in reef systems. They really need to be placed "on their backs"

    2) Semi-still waters. They come from settings with actually very little water movement,

NOT as many hobbyists place them; in full front of a powerhead’s constant blast."

Here's a link to the page on elegance corals. I would recommend you look around on that site for a good while and research livestock beforehand, it's not always easy to find stuff but you'll learn a lot by going through it.

Looks good. I just recently saw a thread here on 3reef where a guy had a bubble growing out of his green hammer coral. It doesn't seem to be bothering it's growth so I wouldn't worry about it but do check around for other opinions.
