My female clown bit me

    lol it was funny, this was the first time it's happened. I reached in the tank to get a stupid nerite snail off my skimmer, and there was my female clown bitting at my arm. lol she bit it the entire time my hand was in there, lol it was really funny :lol:

    Watch out, those clowns can give a nasty bite if they want to. Mine came close to drawing blood once.

    ahaha ya my clowns do the same thing(mainly when they have eggs) check your rocks and glass to see if there are any clown eggs

    really that bad, i didn't notice the clowns have any teeth i'm suprised their bite is that strong, i didn't feel anything until i looked down and saw her going after my arm

    are the eggs the typical white round balls? i've never seen fish eggs before.

    Clown eggs are an orangish color if I remember correctly.

    I have a b&w ocellaris clown that bites me every time my hand hits the water. He nearly did it once too many times last week when I was trying to catch my coral eating majestic angel to take back to LFS. I nearly took the clown to the LFS too.

    ok i'll take a look, i don't think i've noticed any orange eggs

    wow that's bad, i think it's funny wasn't botherd by it at all

    My maroon clown can give a nasty bite. Doesn't draw blood, but is a sharp pinch that leaves red marks on my arm. Doesn't bite often, only when I get near the anemone.
