    Got it at wallyworld in a 10 gallon is it any good

    I would agree with 688. It can't hurt, but I run what I consider bare minimum on my 10g, and that's an AquaClear30. It has three filters, a sponge, a second section that can either be carbon or ammonia trap, and the last stage which looks like bread cubes in a bag (cheap bio balls I guess).

    ok i have a second one somewhere but it only has the blue filter would a second one help o both have carbon in them
