So i took my red light to the tank tonight after the lights got turned off, and i see copepods on my glass. Not alot but enough tp be floating around the tank and sticking to the sides. My question is how should i go about getting a healthy population seeing as i dont have a fuge. I also have carbon running right now in a filter pad does this filter out the pods?

Day 60 in the tank life, turned the lights on today and was watching my clownfish and they were eating the copepods off the side of the glass. It was pretty cool to watch them, also my pod population is growing quiet nicely there are plenty of them all over the glass. I got 4 new corals from Aquasd in there ebay auction, all of them arrived packaged nicely and acclimated well and look great in my tank. The corals are a Frogspawn, Ricordea mushroom, and 2 Zoas

I dont have the option to add a sump or fuge to my tank so i decided to make an intank fuge. Not sure of how much this will benefit my tank but it cant hurt it. I bought some chaeto and it should arrive here today and it will be going in the intank fuge along with some live rock and a some live sand. Keep in mind this is the first time ive tryed anything DIY for my tank so its not very pretty and im sure there are many ways this could have been made, but for 25$ and 30 minutes of my time i think it should suffice if it helps to raise my pod population. Also i will be adding pictures of my tank its now day 71 and everything seems to be doing great and growing better than i have expected it to. On to the pictures

    day 73

Pardon my ignorance, but does that mean your sump will be on the back wall of your aquarium at the top (in the main display)? If so, are you going to paint the walls so it's not an eye-sore?

The corals look great, very cool frogspawn. As for the unidenfied one, I'm far from an expert, but to me it looks like a white candy cane coral:

Yes that means my fuge will be in my tank, not sure if im going to paint it or not really want to see if its effective at growing pods in it. If it doesnt help my pod population at all ill just remove it from the tank.

Thanks for the help, It kind of looks like that but at night it opens up like a zoa almost. Ill get a picture of it tonight and add it and well see what is said.
