hey no problem, i would never recommend using pellets in a saltwater aquarium, just think of pellets as the lowest food on the totem pole and you are good to go... some of the crap they put in there will do no good for a reef.

Do you have a lid on the tank? Yellow watchman gobies tend to jump out. My first one jumped out of my quarantine tank and died. The second one seems much happier. Mine eats anything basically, and they don't eat algae. It's a great fish.

This is actually the type of fish we're going with to replace our hi fin goby that used to be paired with our tiger pistol. The hi fin didn't survive the switch from LFS tank to home. Hoping to buy a yellow watchman in the next two weeks...ours can be pen pals. :D

I've got a little yellow watchman. He spends most of the day either in his hole or sifting through the sand at the bottom of the tank. He eats whatever meaty food I put in his face--straight from the tongs. I've heard of them jumping but he has been in my open top 20long for 4-5 months now and he's still there. Before that he was in a tank with a lid.

What do you mean some of the crap they put in there? I feed pellets lol. What kind of things are in there? I just figured it was like the same thing I feed my dogs only a lot smaller.
