My first house! now with pic

As some of you know, my wife and I were in a serious car accident back in December of 2008. This crash left my wife seriously injured and now 2 surgeries and 18 months of.physical therapy later she still remains disabled and will be for the rest of her life. We finally.settled our lawsuits about a month ago. We were fortunate enough that.we were able to purchase our new home. We made an offer to.the seller and today received their counter offer. We felt that the counter offer was very.fair so we took it. The house is 2880 sq ft built in 05. I will swing by there later on tonight to get pics. Now we are waiting on our closing date of July 15. We are stoked.

It is exciting. I grew up in the projects in Birmingham Alabama. I never thought we would have our own home

No cutting of walls but I am going to try to put my sump in the garage so I dont have to hear the splashing of water.
