    So we just got done with the inspector at the house. There were no deal breakers. Only a few minor issues that he found like a crack where the drywallers did a bad taping job and a small leak in the sewage under the house. Since the sale of the house is contingent upon the inspection, we are going to request that the seller fix these things. If they decide not to, we will still make the purchase as the repairs won't be more than a thousand bucks or so.

    Now on to the new tank=)
