my first invert!

    with the exception of a star fish that came in on a piece of live rock I will be getting my first invert for my 10 gal today.

    Any suggestions?

    get a mantis shrimp

    get like 2-3 astrea snails and some red or blue legged hermits

    lol@getting a mantis shrimp. Definitely don't do that.

    Get a couple astrea snails and some hermit crabs (blue leg or red leg)... if your tank is done cycling, get a peppermint shrimp!

    yeah im thinking clean up crew i was strongly leaning towards a pepermint shrimp and a crab.

    oh yeah it took me a minute to realize what a mantis shrimp was, lol thats messed up.

    I'd stick with snails and hermits for now..they'd do a lot more than a shrimp

    for a clean up crew, I would definitely stick with snails and hermits. But for looks, every non SW person that sees our tank, loves the skunk cleaner shrimp the most!

    well i definitly have a lot of options at my LFS but i will for sure be doing a good cleanup crew i care about that more than the looks at this point just because i have such a small tank.
